Respectful behavior is a must.

Antisocial or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated—we’re all about good vibes on the water.

Are you under 18? Read this.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by their legal guardian for the duration of the charter.

Safety and respect comes first.

If any guest is deemed disorderly by the captain, the charter may be ended immediately, without refund.

Footwear matters.

Please wear white-soled shoes while on board to help keep our vessel in top shape.

You break it, you buy it.

Any damage caused due to disorderly conduct—determined at the captain’s discretion—will be the financial responsibility of the person who made the booking.

Weather backup plan.

If your trip is affected by inclement weather, we’ll gladly reschedule your charter for another day.
